“Great reaction. You pointed out things that most Reactioners never mention. Haley has a very big range, apparently over 3 octaves. Within that total range her actual belting range compared with so many other singers is very high indeed. You also pointed out the most distinctive feature of her singing, her control of different tones and colours of her voice, and how she can switch from one to the other. This is a hugely important aspect of what makes her so unique and most easily recognisable of all singers today. There is absolutely nothing generic about Haley’s singing. She is an absolute one-off. a lot could be said of her runs and other vocal ornaments but I realise you canna go on at too great a length, unfortunately!“
