“So same thing goes for youtube videos right? Like i can react to tik tok’s that are in yt and other types of videos following these steps? I want to react maybe in the future because it looks fun and i would most prob enjoy it, the thing is that copywrite claims really are annoying tho i get why they do it“
“Hi great explain video i have two questions, i uploaded my reaction video(on a different channel) and had not claim on it. It was doing pretty well then i got a strike (without any content id claim) claiming to be “toei” (well known japanese animation studio), i tried contacting the claimant but i got no reply and the email is 03074@gmail, so i know its not the official “@toei” email so someone is abusing the copyright system, i submitted my counter notification 3 times but YT kept regecting to forward it even after i explained everything so what can i do if you know?. I feel like no real human is looking at this . secondly i made a 13mins review of a show and used an 18sec clip video from the show with no sound and just my voice over to explain what i was talking about , it had no issues when i uploaded(i.e no claim) but 2 days later the 18sec clip was claimed can i dispute this under fair use as commentary ?,again there’s no sound just my review and commentary of the show.“
